Booking Policies

Please review our Before Booking and After Booking Policies Before Booking!

 

Before booking your appointment please make sure you’re booking the right STYLE. We charge extra if you want to include the braiding hair and add length.

DEPOSIT

 

A $50 deposit is required for all bookings ( email, call, text message ) via Zelle , Venmo, cash App. 


Remaining Balance Must Be Paid In Cash ONLY!   PLEASE HAVE EXACT CASH!

You’re allowed 1 reschedule with the same deposit . No more than a week apart . If you need a later appointment you’ll need another deposit.

The deposit $50 is not refundable.


CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you decided not to reschedule/ cancel your appointment in the 48 hours time period, you will lose your deposit and also be charged .If your appointment isn’t canceled in advance and you don’t show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged the full-service price.


AT THE SALON

Booking your appointment means you’re ready for this moment, please come with patience (don’t rush your braider). 

WE WILL TRY TO MAKE SURE WE SERVICE YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.


-They may take longer on some than others depending on the clients hair.
-Make sure you come on a day that you have nothing else to do.
-Do not make plans right after the estimated time, you might not be done on time.
-If you have an appointment or somewhere you have to be at the exact time, please choose another day. 

FULLNESS OF ANY INDIVIDUAL STYLE (knotless, box braids, singles, twist) DEPENDS ON YOUR HAIR DENSITY (PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYONE) YOU ARE UNIQUE.

NATURAL HAIR REQUIREMENTS 
•  Your Natural Hair MUST be at least 3-4 inches in Length (ALL AROUND) for All Styles.
•  Your Natural Hair MUST be Freshly Washed & Blow Dried – Fully stretched NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONER / OILS IN HAIR.
•  Feel free to bring any Oil with that you want applied after braids.

AFTER BOOKING 

All appointments must be confirmed (include hair color of your choice) at least 24hours before the appointment.
•    If not confirmed you will lose your appointment.
•    If you send confirmation text and we do not respond consider your appointment confirmed.
